While there may be several Airedales in foster care at the time you contact us, it still may take a while for the right one to become available. Adoptions are not done on a "first-come, first-serve" basis. Rescued Airedales come from a variety of backgrounds. Our goal is to make the best match between the Airedale and the potential homes. If a potential adopter is not chosen for a particular Airedale, that is not a judgment on their ability to provide a good home for a dog. It just means that particular Airedale was not the right fit for that particular home. The questionnaire will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. If you are willing to put in the work, it will give us a good idea of the type of dog you are looking for and whether we might have one that would be a match for your family. NOTE: Many email providers are using new SPAM software. Please make sure your SPAM filter allows email from your local rescue contact(s) or we may not be able to contact you. We communicate largely via email to save cost.

HAPPY TAILS
We could not have wished for a better dog and companion than Spencer. He fit in immediately and has become best friends with Holly, our son's deaf Cattle dog. It only took a day or two for him to become integrated into the household.
