Bert here. I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and the very best New Year in 2008.
Reflecting back on 2007, I am so very thankful for aunties like you who do so much for the less fortunate Airedales of the world. If it weren't for you, superb dogs such as myself would be buried in a landfill somewhere. Instead, we are in loving homes where we are spoiled rotten and in return contribute our undying love and devotion to our forever family. I think that's a fair trade, don't you? But without you, it never would have happened.
Today, Mom and Dad were invited to the neighbors for Christmas dinner.
My Aunty Jo insisted that I come along. Wow, that's a first for me.
Dad gave me a bath this morning and Mom brushed me real good.
I was on my best behavior the entire time. During dinner,
I sat between Mom and Aunty Jo, who kept slipping me little tidbits. Life is good!
Dad wants you to know that his airplane is almost fixed and that Bone Aire will be
flying again soon. He will let you know when.
Merry Christmas to you and all your fur kids. Tell them I said Hi.
Lots of Love and Aire Kisses to all of you.
Your friend,
Bert
