MOLLY
Molly is doing great. We just finished a trick class - she's really
very smart. She's learned the following:
- paw
- hide (covers her eyes with her paws)
- bow
- crawl
- shake (where she full body shakes)
- back
- wind & rewind
- jump (she's really a very good jumper - it's fun watching her come
into her speed while running too!)
- pray (sits up tall with paws extended)
- leave it (she now lets me balance a tennis ball on her nose - well,
just for a few seconds, but we're getting there)
She absolutely loves to play ball - will do so in the park for 30
minutes straight.
Now, just to keep me humble - she's very stubborn when it comes to
walking on the leash (loves to pull).
She loves children & other dogs - she still gets way too excited, but
we're working on that - I always have the tough time balancing the right
approach - I don't want to turn her into a "nervous Nelly."
Molly is very sweet, extremely playful and has bundles of energy - she
keeps us on our toes. Randy & I are very thankful for her - thank you
so much for all your efforts in rescuing Molly and so many others like
her.
You're a blessing to the two and four-legged variety *smile*
Take care,
Karen
